- Wash and clean string beans. Be sure to snap off both ends.
- Pour oil in the wok. With high heat, stir in minced garlic and string beans. Add in broth, cover and simmer for a few minutes or till string beans are tendered. Add more broth as necessary.
- Add in salt and pepper and stir to mix well the flavor.
- Remove from heat and serve.
