- Wash and cut Swiss chard into 1-1½ inch segments.
- Pour oil in wok, with high heat, add ginger, and then stir-fry Swiss chard.
- Add remaining ingredients from B, stir-fry some more, and then allow the vegetable to simmer in the spicy liquid for a couple of minutes. (Please note: chard stems may take longer time to cook. Therefore, cooking time will be determined based on individual’s preference on chard’s tenderness.)
- Remove from heat and serve.
If you wish to cook a non-spicy version of this dish, do not include garlic chili sauce and crushed red pepper, instead add more salt to desired taste.
