Braised Tilapia

Ingredients A    
3 Pieces Tilapia Fillets
Ingredients B  
Tbs.  Oil
2  Springs  Green Onion (thinly sliced)
4-5      Slices      Ginger (thinly sliced into long strips) 
Ingredients C  
2 Tbs.  Soy Sauce
2 Tbs.  Sugar 
Tbs.   Vinegar 
½    Cup   Broth
  1. Rinse Tilapia fillets in cold water, and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Thinly slice green onion and ginger.
  3. In a wok, add B and then place tilapia fillets on top of the green onion and ginger.
  4. Add in C. Allow the fish to simmer for 5 minutes or so in medium heat, then flip tilapia onto the other side and simmer for another 5 minutes. (Add more broth if necessary to prevent tilapia from burning).
  5. Remove tilapia fillets from pan onto a serving plate, pour the green onion, ginger, and remaining sauce over the tilapia fillets. Enjoy!
