BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients A    
2 Racks Baby Back Ribs (5-6 lbs.)
1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (14-16 oz.)
   
   
   
   
   
   

  

  1. Cut each rack of ribs into 3 portions. Put ribs in a pot and fill it with water to cover over the ribs.
  2. Cook on stove top with high heat for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove ribs from heat, and wash them clean under running water.
  4. Preheat oven 250°F.
  5. Overlay backing pan with aluminum foil and place cleaned, dried ribs in the pan.
  6. Generously brush your desired BBQ sauce over the ribs on both sides.
  7. Cover the baking pans with foil. Bake in 250°F for 2 ½ hours.
  8. Remove from heat, ready to serve.
