- Marinate Chicken in salt the night before.
- Wash out the chicken before cooking. In a pot large enough to fit a chicken, fill half the pot with water, boil water, cook chicken for 2 minutes to remove dirt from raw chicken. Remove chicken and rinse in cold water.
- Clean pot, cook Ingredients B. When boil, add in chicken.
- Turn the temperature to medium heat when boiling. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turn chicken after 10 minutes of cooking or so.
- Turn off heat, and allow the chicken to soak in the sauce until serving.
- To serve, remove chicken from liquid, and cut.
