Soy Sauce Chicken

Ingredients A    
1    Whole Chicken
1 Tbs.   Salt
Ingredients B  
4+   Garlic Clovers
5+ Slices Ginger
½ Cup Wine
1+ Cup Soy Sauce (depending on its saltiness)
1+ Cup Water
8-10   Sugar Cubes (depending on desired sweetness)
  1. Marinate Chicken in salt the night before. 
  2. Wash out the chicken before cooking. In a pot large enough to fit a chicken, fill half the pot with water, boil water, cook chicken for 2 minutes to remove dirt from raw chicken. Remove chicken and rinse in cold water.
  3. Clean pot, cook Ingredients B. When boil, add in chicken.
  4. Turn the temperature to medium heat when boiling. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turn chicken after 10 minutes of cooking or so.
  5. Turn off heat, and allow the chicken to soak in the sauce until serving.
  6. To serve, remove chicken from liquid, and cut.
