BBQ (Cha-Shu) Chicken

Ingredients A    
2 lbs. Chicken Thigh (boneless and skinless)
½ Cup  Chinese BBQ (Cha-Shu) Sauce 
Tbs.  Honey 
Tbs. Cooking Wine
  Dash  White Pepper 
     

 

  1. Marinate Chicken in Ingredients A. Set aside in refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Preheat oven at 375°F.
  3. Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Place the chicken flat on the baking pan, with no overlapping.
  4. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, remove cover, and turn the chicken once. Bake for another 10 minutes or until done.
  5. Remove from heat, ready to serve.
