Green Onion Beef

Ingredient A    
lbs. Beef Flank
     
Ingredients B  
4 Tbs. Soy Sauce
3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
1 Tbs. Red Wine
½ tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Corn Starch
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
     
Ingredient C  
2   bunches Green Onion (thinly sliced) *
     
Optional Ingredients
 
1      Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
     
Other Ingredient  
    Cooking Oil
 
 
  1. Thinly slice Beef Flank and marinate in Ingredients B for at least 1 hour before cooking.
  2. Pour about 1 Tablespoon of cooking oil over beef and stir well right before cooking. This will allow the flavor to stay with the meat while cooking.
  3. Pour 3 Tbs. cooking oil in the wok. Stir fry green onion for about 1 minute then add marinated beef. Stir fry until beef is almost done, add in bell peppers. This way, bell peppers will not be over cooked.
  4. When done, remove from wok and serve over rice.

* Green onion can be replaced with leek.
