- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, cream Ingredients A.
- Beat in eggs. Mix well.
- Add in Ingredients C half portion at a time to allow all dried ingredients to mix well.
- Add in cranberries/cran cherries and any optional items as desired.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
** Increase or decrease the amount of dried fruit depending on your preference.
