Chinese Red Bean Sticky Cake

Ingredients A    
1 lbs. Sweet Rice Flour (about 3 ½ cups)
¾ Cup  Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Ingredients B  
Cup Milk
3   Eggs
1 tsp.  Vanilla
Ingredients C  
¾ Cup Oil
½-1 Pk. Red Bean (ready package, coarse)
Optional Ingredients
Chopped up dates & walnuts


  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Pour Ingredients A into a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat Ingredients A while add in Ingredients B, and mix well.
  4. Add Ingredients C into the batter mix. (If desire, add optional ingredients at this time.)
  5. Line 9"x13"x2" baking pan with parchment paper, pour batter into the baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes or until done by sticking a toothpick into the cake and coming out clean.
  6. Turn off heat. Allow the cake to remain in oven for another 5 minutes before taking it out.
  7.  Wait till cool, then cut and serve.
