Chinese Red Bean Sticky Cake

- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Pour Ingredients A into a mixing bowl.
- Beat Ingredients A while add in Ingredients B, and mix well.
- Add Ingredients C into the batter mix. (If desire, add optional ingredients at this time.)
- Line 9"x13"x2" baking pan with parchment paper, pour batter into the baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes or until done by sticking a toothpick into the cake and coming out clean.
- Turn off heat. Allow the cake to remain in oven for another 5 minutes before taking it out.
- Wait till cool, then cut and serve.
