Onion Crepes

   Minimize
Ingredients A    
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1⅓
Cups  Warm Water 
  Dash  Salt, Sugar 
     
Ingredients B  
3 Tbs. Oil
3 Sprigs Green Onion (chopped finely)
tsp.  Salt 
     
Ingredient C  
1 Tbs. Oil (to cook each crepe)

 

 

  1. Mix Ingredients A in a bowl, and knead until forming a smooth dough. Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes before using.
  2. On the dough board, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Roll out each piece of dough into a rectangular/square shape. Brush oil, sprinkle salt, and green onion. Roll up the dough. Curl up the dough like a snail. Set aside.
  4. Repeat Step 3 for all 8 pieces of the dough.
  5. Gently roll out and flatten each dough into circular crepe. About 4-5 inches in diameter.
  6. Add 1 Tbs. oil in the pan, and pan-fry the crepe in medium heat until crepe is golden on both sides. Add 1 Tbs. oil for frying each crepe.
  7. Remove from heat and serve.
