Oil (to cook each crepe) |
- Mix Ingredients A in a bowl, and knead until forming a smooth dough. Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes before using.
- On the dough board, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Roll out each piece of dough into a rectangular/square shape. Brush oil, sprinkle salt, and green onion. Roll up the dough. Curl up the dough like a snail. Set aside.
- Repeat Step 3 for all 8 pieces of the dough.
- Gently roll out and flatten each dough into circular crepe. About 4-5 inches in diameter.
- Add 1 Tbs. oil in the pan, and pan-fry the crepe in medium heat until crepe is golden on both sides. Add 1 Tbs. oil for frying each crepe.
- Remove from heat and serve.
