- In a small saucer, stir Ingredients A, and cook in low heat until thicken. Make sure there is no flour lumps. This makes the water roux. Remove from heat, keep stirring until cool.
- In a mixing bowl, mix in Ingredient B along with water roux from 1. Knit until smooth.
- Grease the container and pour dough into the container to rise for about an hour or until the dough doubled.
- Now the dough is ready to be used.
- Ingredient C is for egg wash. Brush egg onto the dough before baking. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 375° F. Lightly spray Pam on the bread on the last minute of baking before removing from oven.
