Potatoes (large, peel & cut into ½-inch cubes) |

- Prepared Ingredients A ready and set aside. (Note: soak peeled apples in 1 tsp. salt and 4 cups of water before cutting, this will prevent browning on apples.)
- Boil potatoes until soft, then drain. When potato is cooled, combine all Ingredients A in a large bowl.
- Add Ingredients B to the bowl, gently stir until well mixed. Add additional mayonnaise, salt and pepper as desired.
Optional: Fresh peeled and cut cucumber can be added if desired.
