Seasoned Capelin Roe (Red fish eggs)

- Cut shrimp shell along the body with scissors on the top portion of the shrimp. Slice the shrimp with a knife along its body, similar to butterfly shrimp.
- Line the baking pans with aluminum foil. Lined-up butterfly shrimp on the pan.
- Mix well Ingredients B, and spread over the top portion of the shrimp with a butter knife
- Sprinkle fish egg on top surface of the shrimp.
- Broil in oven for 9-10 minutes. Warning: Do not put baking tray too close to the top heating wires. This may burn the shrimp. Place the shrimp about 5 inches away from oven’s top heating wires.
